Shameka A. Jones is a highly accomplished business management consultant with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). She brings over 19 years of progressive experience in project management, business process management, leadership development, change management, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, Shameka has consistently led multifaceted projects and key initiatives across both the private and public sectors, surpassing business goals and driving profitability.
Currently, as a Business Consultant at Mainspring Business Group, Shameka leads Strategy and Alignment initiatives at ACS Firm, a leader in human capital management. Her past roles include serving as a Senior Project Manager at CNG Holdings, a Consultant with Deloitte, and a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army. In each position, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in program and project management, specializing in streamlining business processes, ensuring governance and compliance, and delivering measurable results.

Shameka is also a dedicated community volunteer, She has served as the Southwest Atlanta District Chairman and Board Member for the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and currently serves as a Member-At-Large. She is an advocate for senior services programs and is committed to spiritual and interpersonal growth through her company, Absolute Beauty and Wellness.
